Everyone who has ever been in battle knows how overwhelming and real fatigue can be. God has always arranged for armor bearers to come alongside the warrior to aid in holding up their arms. They come in all shapes, and sizes, they are seen and unseen, and their mission is always the same … to help the weary soldier maintain ground until the victory is won.
Life today is a battlefield. We are bombarded by the enemy at every turn, he is relentless in his pursuit to steal, kill and destroy. He, however, is a defeated foe. The bible tells us he prowls around like a lion seeking whom he may devour (1 Peter 5:6-8). The key to remember-he pretends to look like a vicious lion. The reality is; he is powerless against our weapon of faith.
Faith is the ammunition we need to endure the fight until the end. No weapon formed against us shall prosper. God is for us not against us. We will gain the victory if we do not give up. We must fight this battle in the spirit. The war isn’t against people, it is against the evil one who desires to destroy the passion deep within our souls. We are in a spiritual war, which manifest itself in the natural; it is imperative that we fight with all the purview of heaven.
Fear, doubt and anxiety have no place on the battlefield. We must rid all such from our minds and replace those thoughts with faith filled explosives, straight from God’s word.
Your words mixed with faith, act as bombshells decimating anything attacking you. Be sure your heart and mind are filled with the proper ammo. You are more than a conqueror through Christ who strengthens you.Refuse to succumb to the pressures which appear to be closing in around you. Regardless of what your situation looks like right now, God will bring the victory.
I am reminded of how desperate the Israelites were when they found themselves trapped by the army of Pharaoh and the Red Sea. When they saw defeat, God saw a possibility. God was not worrisome over the magnitude of the Red Sea, nor the barrenness of Sarah’s womb, nor the fortitude of the walls at Jericho. He wasn’t even shaken by the tomb where Jesus was laid. In God’s perfect timing, the sea parted, Isaac was born, the walls fell down, and Jesus rose from the dead. On all accounts faith preceded victory.
You may feel like you are up against the Red Sea, or surrounded by the walls of Jericho, maybe thrown in the fiery pit or the lions den. You may feel as barren as Sarah’s womb, or facing a giant like Goliath. None of these could withstand the power of the Almighty God; not then, not now, not ever!
Just one word from God can change your life forever. He can open doors that no man can shut and shut doors no man can open. God is able to do immeasurably more than you can dream or image. God is Omniscient, Omnipresent, and Omnipotent. He is the Alpha and Omega, the Great I Am.
I cannot count the times I did not have a plan B; but God always had His plan in place. I was never forsaken, not for a moment, and neither are you.
God will make a way. Trust and believe. He is guiding and directing your steps. He knows what you don’t, and he sees what you can’t. Rejoice in anticipation for what God is going to do on your behalf. The best is yet to come. You are more than a conqueror through Christ who strengthens you.
Keep the faith-it will see you through the worst battles and bring you safely home. Nothing is impossible with God. You are loved. You are valuable. You are irreplaceable.

Oh My Goodness! This hit home this morning as I am really in the midst of a storm over a desperate situation. After all preparation I find myself up against the Red Sea again and as I’m trying to work it out and seeing defeat – your note remind me what I should see … which is what God see and the possibilities the He see. I must remain faithful and hang on to the promises of God and keep them in front of me. This is a on time message. Thank You ☺️
Please keep my middle child (Nikki) in prayer as she has become the victim of a scam and wiped clean of all cash (now severely in the negative). Since she is unemployed it falls to her parents which is devastating. I’m glad you reminded me that nothing is impossibly with God.
Nicole,
Standing in agreement with you.God is able to supply all your needs. Stand tall with your eyes looking towards the one who loves you (Psalms 121). Father I thank you that you are holding Nicole tightly in your arms. Allow her to hear your heart beat, soothe her dispair as she gazes into your eyes. We declare victory by faith, knowing nothing is impossible with you. May your peace cover this family. I lift Nikki up to you. No weapon formed against her shall prosper. The schemes of the enemy shall not prevail; fill her with your wisdom from above.May discernment guide her path. We call things that be not as though they were according to your word.Restore all that the enemy has stolen. We take authority over the storms raising havoc upon this family and say …BE STILL! We give you all the glory. In Jesus name.
In God’s Love,
Lucy Ann
Brilliant word, so timely! Even when other people don’t believe around me and circumstances look the complete opposite, we can be still and wait for the Lord to do
the impossible. It only
needs one word from Him to change anything.
Your word reminds me of the song our church are singing.
“Not for a moment
Was I forsaken, the Lord is In this place, the Lord is in this place. Come Holy Spirit, dry bones awaken, the Lord is In this place the Lord is In this place!”
I’ll read this every day this week for strength and faith, thank you! X
Samantha,
Yes! Waiting on the Lord is how we fight in the spirit. I stand in agreement with you, keep your eyes on Jesus, regardless what others may say or think.
I love that song as well 😇
Thanks for sharing.
Blessings,
Lucy Ann
Timely

I have a daughter struggling with mental health issues for the second time ( only 20 ) it is tearing my hear in 2 … I can’t do anything to help her apart from standing with her, praying and trying to trust that God has this … but I feel like this is an impossible situation with no way out, struggling to have enough faith and trust. Thank you for the reminder in this blog that Jesus has a way when there appears to be no way
Transforming one this is excellent word from God,may God bless you .
